Return and Refund Policy
No Refunds will be issued. We may consider doing an exchange on items that have extreme defects that were not caused by the handmade process. If it may result in an injury, please contact us with a description, pictures and/or videos of the defect or defects. All items must be returned in its original packaging or the exchange request will be denied. In addition, the item must not be: used or tampered with. Any issues with our products must be present within 48 hours of receiving our products.
